Our certified fitness professionals can lead your audience through simple, fun & safe exercise sessions with:
- Energy Breaks - Effective before breakfast, at the beginning of a conference/meeting, after lunch, or at the end of the day. Gets the blood flowing, makes audience more alert, includes light stretching and easy movement, don't have to break a sweat.
- Team Building Activities - Can be added to meetings or customized for organizations needs. These sessions can be Intensive Boot Camp style, fun & easy games, or group excursions.
- Wellness Sessions - Incorporate before, after, during or in place of your meeting. Disciplines include but are not limited to Pilates, Yoga, Bodyweight and Performance.
- Active Intermissions - A creative alternative to the traditional Coffee Break. Low-impact, optional activity, that helps participants become more alert. Accommodates all shapes, sizes and abilities. Works best in the afternoon when energy levels naturally wane.
